All GLOBALHEADZ® products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. In order to facilitate the processing of a warranty claim, please contact us at sales@globalheadz.com and someone will contact you via email, usually within one business day.  

*NOTE Proof of purchase and photographs of the unit with the warranty issue are required to complete a Claim.
