GlobalHeadz was formed by a group of friends, all who were not satisfied with the current offering of grinders on the market...

No two herbs are the same; herbs come in various types, shapes, herb density, consistency, and moisture.  All of which are factors when grinding.  Different methods for using herbs call for different types of grinds.  We identified two predominant types of grinds, which we call “fine and fluff.”  No single wheel grinder can produce both “fine and fluff.”

We took our case to a mechanical engineer who helped us design what we feel is the grinder that we want to use on a daily basis. We devised our “Variable Filtration System” which is one of the main features that sets GlobalHeadz Grinders apart. Our unique filtration hole size, shape, and placement in each wheel works to give you the perfect “fine or fluff” output no matter what herb you are using, allowing you to customize your grind. 

With our ideal design in hand we spent a year fine-tuning the product. Our grinders are made out of 6061 aircraft grade anodized aluminum, precision machined, to very strict tolerances ensuring smooth operation. Our screens are food grade stainless steel for durability and rust resistance. Our grinders are American-designed and engineered.  We believe we have created the finest grinder on the market; one that we want to use every day.

The Features….

Variable Filtration System (VFS) –

Herbs come in various types, shapes, and sizes so when choosing which of our two interchangeable grind wheels to use for your chosen grind, herb density, consistency, and moisture all come into play.

Select either the “fine” or “fluff” wheel based on your desired result.  The unique combination of filtration hole size, shape, and placement within each wheel will consistently deliver full chambers of your favorite herb, ground to your specifications.  Customize your grind for any occasion.

Grip It, Grind It, Rip It -

Enlarged and enhanced grip areas on the top and bottom of the grinder, combined with our “Deep Vertical Groove” design, ensures smooth turning, precision grinding, and ease of use.

The Screening Room - 

GlobalHeadz grinders use the best quality, food safe, stainless steel screens. We use a mid-gauge screen to guarantee proper function and generous pollen production that accumulates in a deep rounded collection chamber.

The Perfect Weight –

GlobalHeadz grinders feel heavy in your hands.  The lid closes with a solid “click.”. Increased wall thickness provides extra weight, a solid feel, and  amazing durability, leaving no doubt that our grinder is a true champion in its class .

Every GlobalHeadz grinder comes in a deluxe, multi-chambered display and storage box.  A custom foam display tray is included for your 55 or 63mm grinder and 2^nd grind wheel.  Lift up the tray to reveal a hidden compartment - use it to stash your favorite accessories including our eco-friendly cotton canvas carrying case (included with purchase).
