Right away I knew that this grinder was high quality just from the feel of the material, the smooth rotations, and the details within each section. The dual heads are perfect for getting the right consistency for whatever use you want. Next, the ridges along the grinder keep things from getting stuck on the sides and moves things back into the teeth. Finally, the bottom catching section has a nice rounded bottom to keep things from sticking to the edges. This was worth every penny.
